Locally known as Padinjattinkara Siva temple, one among 108 Siva temples situates in Kottarakara main deity is Siva and shrine is round in shape. Fating west Kulakkada Mana do the thanthries. There are five poojas and Seeveli daily eight days festival.
This temple is owned by Kottarakkara King family now Travancore Devaswom Board. ‘Ramanattam’ (a dance form) based on the Ramayana story of Kottarakara Thampuran is played in this temple for the 151 time.
