Composer: Dhurjati (or Dhoorjati) (Telugu: ధూర్జటి) (15th and 16th centuries, CE) was a Telugu poet. He was born to Singamma and Narayana in Sri Kalahasti and was the grandson of Jakkayya. He was a great devotee of lord Shiva, also known as Kalahasteeshwara. క్ష్మీ రాజ్యంబును గోరి పరిజనుల్ / శ్రీ కాళహస్తీశ్వరా!
తాత్పర్యం:
రాజ ద్వారముల కిరువైపులందుండు కావలి భటులు కర్రల్తో కొట్టి,గుండెలపై పొడిచి,దుర్బాషలాడి వారిని ప్రార్థించు చున్నను కించపరచెదరు.రాజాశ్రయమెట్లన్ననూ, నీ భక్తులు రాజభటుల భాదలు బరించలేరుగదా!అందుచే నిన్నే భక్తితో పూజించు,నీ భక్త జనులు ఇహలోకపు సంపదలను ఆశించి నిన్ను తప్ప వేరు రాజులకు సేవలు చేయుటకు వెళ్ళరు.

O Lord! The guards at the King’s door insult and harm those who seek the King’s patronage. Your devotees cannot take this torture; hence, they give up on the worldly prosperity and seek your service.
