Pallavi

Who is our equal in this world now, O damsels!

Anupallavi

Thinking it to be fine, Vishnu, Siva, Brahma and other gods
were deceived having become enamoured (by women); therefore, (who…?)

Charanam

Brahma became infatuated with his own daughter,
and got trapped then.
The most charming Srihari, enamoured by Thulasi,
became her paramour;

Siva (wearer of snake-ornaments), in the Daruka forest,
became a possession of women;
Here in Gokulam, the one praised by Tyagaraja
was ensnared in our trap; therefore (who…?)
