Composer: Dhurjati (or Dhoorjati) (Telugu: ధూర్జటి) (15th and 16th centuries, CE) was a Telugu poet. He was born to Singamma and Narayana in Sri Kalahasti and was the grandson of Jakkayya. He was a great devotee of lord Shiva, also known as Kalahasteeshwara. పరమేశ్వరా! నేను నిన్ను నమ్మిన విధముగా వేరెవ్వరినీ నమ్మలేదు.నమ్మను కూడ.నీకంటే నాకు తల్లీ-తండ్రి,అన్న-తమ్ముడు,గురువు,మిత్రుడు,ఎవ్వరునూ లేరు.నన్ను సంసార సముద్రమును దాటించి,ఆనందము అను సముద్రము నందు తేల్చెదవని కోరుచున్నాను.నాకోర్కె మన్నింపుము.

Meaning:
O Lord! I trusted no one as I trust you, and I never will. You are like my mother, father, brother, teacher and friend. Hence I pray to you to get me out of this ocean of misery and reach the ocean happiness.
