Composer: Dhurjati (or Dhoorjati) (Telugu: ధూర్జటి) (15th and 16th centuries, CE) was a Telugu poet. He was born to Singamma and Narayana in Sri Kalahasti and was the grandson of Jakkayya. He was a great devotee of lord Shiva, also known as Kalahasteeshwara. O Lord! What to say of the man who is illusioned by his so called greatness when his fellow men give him honor, sing his praises, write poetry of his worldly greatness, when, he in height of his bliss found from his prosperity or his age, gives alms to his fellows.
