Composer: Dhurjati (or Dhoorjati) (Telugu: ధూర్జటి) (15th and 16th centuries, CE) was a Telugu poet. He was born to Singamma and Narayana in Sri Kalahasti and was the grandson of Jakkayya. He was a great devotee of lord Shiva, also known as Kalahasteeshwara. ga mahodhyogamu seyyu nemmanamu, dhom / gambatti vairaagya paa

chi mumdhambeppudu galgajeyyagadhavo / shreekaalahastheeshvaraa!
Meaning:
O Lord! The thief in my heart seeks the union of women and the prosperity of others. Bind him at your feet and give me eternal peace and happiness. I wait for such a moment.
