रजो उवाच :
यया गुप्थ सहस्राक्ष सवाहान रिपु सैनिकान,
क्रीडन्निव विनिर्जिथ्य त्रिलोक्य भूभुजे श्रियं, 1
भगवम् स्थान ममाख्याहि वर्मा नारायनथ्मकं,
यध अथथयिन शत्रून येन गुप्थो जयन मृधे. 2
श्री शुक उवाच :
वृथा, पुरोहिथ थ्वश्त्रो महेन्द्र यनु प्रुचाथे,
नारायणाख्यं वर्माह थादिहैक मन शृणु. 3
विस्वरूप उवाच :
ढौथन्ग्रि पाणिर आचम्य सपविथ्र उदन्ग मुख,
ख़्रुथस्व अङ्ग कर न्यासो मन्थ्रभ्यं वाग्यथ सुचि. 4
नारायण मयं वर्मा संनःयेदः भय अगथे,
दैव भूत्त्ह्म कर्मेभ्य नारायण मया पुमान. 5
पद्योर जानु नोरुवोर उधारे ह्रुध्यधोरसि,
मुखे सिरस्य अनु पूर्व ओम्गरधीनि विन्यसेतः. 6
ॐ नमो नरयनेथि विपर्यय मधापि वा,
कर न्यासं थथ कुर्याद द्वदसक्शर विध्यया, 7
प्रनवधि यकरन्ध मन्गुल्यं अन्गुष्ट पर्वसु,
न्यसेद द्रुदाय ओंकारं विकार मनु मूर्धनि. 8
शकरन्थु ब्रोवोर मध्ये नाकारं शिखायां न्यसेद,
वेकारं नेथ्रयोर युन्ज्यन्नकरं सर्व संधिषु. 9
मकर मस्थ्र मुधिस्य मन्थ मूर्थिर भवेद बुध,
सर्व संग शदन्थं ततः सर्व दिक्षु विनिर्दिषेतः,
ॐ विष्णव नाम इथि. 10
अथ्मानं परमं ध्येयेद ध्येयं षड शक्थिभिर युधां,
विध्य थेजस थापो मुर्थिं इमं मन्थर मुद्हःअरेतः. 11

ॐ हरिर विधध्यन मम सर्व रक्षां.
न्यष्ण्गिर पद्म पद्गेन्द्र पृष्टे,
धररि चर्मासि गाधेषु चाप,
पसन दधानो अश्तगुनो अष्ट बहु. 12
जलेषु मां रक्षथु मत्स्य मूर्थिर,
यधो गणेभ्यो वरुणस्य पसद,
स्थलेषु मया वतु वामनो अव्यल्,
त्रिविक्रम खेवदु विस्वरूप. 13
दुर्गेश अतव्यजि मुखधिषु प्रभु,
पयनृसिम्हो असुर यूध परि,
विमुञ्चथो यस्य महात्तःअसं,
धिसो विनेधुर अन्य पठन्गस्च गर्भ. 14
अक्शथ्वसौ माध्वनि यज्ञ कल्प,
श्र्वदम्श्त्रयोथ् पथ धरो वराह,
रामो आध्रिकूतेश्वध विप्रवासे,
स लक्ष्मनोव्यदः भरथग्रजो मां. 15
ममुग्र धर्माद अखिलतः प्रमादतः,
नारायण पथु नरस्च हस्तः,
डथस्व योगद अध योग नाथ,
पयदः गुनेस कपिल कर्म बन्दतः. 16
सनातः कुमारो आवथु काम देवतः,
हयनानो मां पढि देव हेलणतः,
देवर्षि वरय पुरुषर्च नन्थरतः,
कूर्मो हरिर मां निरयदः असेशतः. 17
ढन्वन्दरिर् भगवन् पथ्वय् पध्यतः,
ड्वन्द्वध् भयद ऋषभो निर्जिथाम,
यज्ञश्च लोक देवथा जनन्दतः,
बलो गणतः क्रोध वसदः अहीन्द्र. 18
ड्वैपयनो भग्वन् अप्रभोधद,
बुधस्थु पाषण्ड गणतः प्रमधतः,,
कल्कि काले कला मलतः प्राप्तः,
धर्म वनयोरु कृथवथार. 19
मां केसवो गध्य प्रथरव्यद,
गोविन्द आसन्गव आर्थ वेणु,
नारायण प्रहन उदथ शक्थिर,
मध्यन्धिने विष्णुररीन्द्र पाणि. 20
देवो अपराह्ने मधु होग्र धन्व,
सायं थ्रिधमवथु मध्वओ मां,
दोषे हृषी केस, उथार्ध रथेर,
निसीध येकोवथु पद्मनाभ. 21
स्रिवथ्स धमापर रथ्र ईस,
प्रथ्यूषा ईसोसिधरो जनार्धन,
धमोधरो अव्यद अनुसन्ध्यं प्रबथे,
विस्वेस्वरो भग्वन् कला मूर्थि. 22
चक्रं युगन्थ अनलथिग्म नेमि,
भ्रमतः समन्त्हद भगवतः प्रयुक्थं,
दन्धग्धि दन्ग्ध्यरि सैन्य मासु,
कक्षं यध वथ सखो हुथास. 23
गधे आसनि स्पर्सन विस्फुलिङ्गे,
निष्पिन्दी निष्पिन्द्यजिथ परियासि,
कूस्मन्द विनायक यक्ष रक्षो,
भूथ ग्रहं चूर्णय चूर्न्यरिन. 24
ठ्वम् यथु धन प्रमध प्रेथ मथ्रु,
पिसाच विप्र ग्रहं गोर दृष्टीन,
धरेन्द्र विध्रवाय कृष्ण पूरिथो,
भीम स्वनो अरेर ह्रुधयानि कंभयन. 25
ठ्वम् थिग्म धरसि वररि सैन्यं,
ईस प्रयुक्था मम छिन्धि, छिन्धि,
चक्षूंषि चर्मण साथ चन्द्र चाधाय,
ड्विशमघोनाम् हर पाप चाक्षुषं. 26
यन्न भयं ग्रहेभ्योभूतः केथुभ्यो नृभ्य एव च,
सारी स्रुपेभ्यो धंष्ट्रिभ्यो भूथब्योहेभ्य येव च. 27
सर्वन्येथानि भगवान नाम रूपस्थ्र कीर्थणतः,
प्रयन्थु संक्षयं साध्यो ये न श्रेय प्रथीपिक. 28
गरुडो हगवन् स्थोथ्र स्थोभ चन्धो मया प्रभु,
अक्शथ्व सेष कृच्स्रेभ्यो विश्वक्सेन स्व नामभि. 29
सवपद्भ्यो हरेर नाम रूपयनायुधनि न.
बुधीन्द्रिय मन पराणान पान्थु परशाध भूषण. 30
यधाहि भग्वन् एव वस्थुथ सद सचयतः,
सत्ये नानेन न सर्वे यन्थु नसमुपद्रव. 31
यदैकथ्मनु भवनं विकल्प रहिथ स्वयम्,
भूषनुयुधा लिङ्गख्य दथे शक्थि स्व मायया. 32
थेनैव सथ्य मानेन सर्वज्ञो हग्वन् हरि,
पथु सर्वै स्वरूपैर्न सदा सर्वथ्र सर्वगा. ३३
विदिक्षु दिक्शूर्ध्वमध समन्थ,
अन्थर बहिर भग्वन् नरसिंह,
प्राह भयं लोक भयं स्वनेन,
श्र्वथेजस ग्रस्थ समास्थ थेज. 34
मघवन इधं आख्यथं वर्मा नारायनथ्मकं,
विजेष्य स्यन्जसा येन दंसिथो सुर यूधपन. 35
येत्हद धारयमनस्थु यं यं पस्यथि चक्षुषा,
पद वा संस्प्रुसेथ्सध्य साद्वसतः स विमुच्यथे. 36
न कुथस्चिद भयं थस्य विध्यं धारयथो भवेद.,
राज दस्यु ग्रहाधेभ्यो व्यग्रधिभ्यस्च कर्हिचितः. 37
इमं विध्यं पुरा कश्चिद् कौशिको धारयन द्विज,
योगधरणाय स्व अङ्गं जहोव् मरुधन्वनि. 38
थास्योपरि विमानेन गन्धर्व पथि रेखाध,
य़यौ चित्र राधा स्थ्रीभिर वृथो यत्र द्विजक्शय. 39
गगमं अन्य पद साध्या सविमानो ह्यवक सिर,
स बलखिल्य वचनाद अस्थ्हेन्यध्य विस्मिथ,
परस्य प्राची सरस्वथ्यम् स्नथ्व धाम स्व मन्वगध्. 40
श्री शुक उवाच :
य इधं स्रुनुयतः काले यो धारयथि चधृथ,
थं नमस्यन्थि भूहानि मुच्यथे सर्वथो भयतः. 41
येथं विध्यमधि गथो विस्वरूप चाथ कृथु,
त्रिलोक्य लक्ष्मीं बुभुजे विनिर्जिथ्य मृदे असुरान. 42

య్య గుప్తా సహస్రాక్ష సవాహాన్ రిపు సైనికన్,
క్రీదన్నివ వినిర్జిత్య త్రిలోక్య భుభుజే శ్రియం, 1
భగవం స్తాన్ మమఖ్యహి వర్మ నారాయనత్మకం,
యధా అతతయిన శత్రూన్ యేన గుప్తో జయన్ మృదే. 2
శ్రీ శుక ఉవాచ :
వ్రుత, పురోహిత త్వష్ట్రో మహేంద్ర యను ప్రుచతే,
నారాయనఖ్యం వర్మః తదిహిక మన సృను. 3
విశ్వరూప ఉవాచ :
దౌతంగ్రి పనీర్ ఆచమ్య సపవిత్ర ఉదంగ్ ముఖ,
క్రుతస్వ అంగ కర న్యాసో మంత్రభ్యం వాగ్యత సూచి. 4
నారాయణ మాయం వర్మ సంనఃఎద్ భయ ఆగతే,
దైవ భూతాత్మ కర్మేభ్య నారాయణ మాయ పుమాన్. 5
పద్యోర్ జానూ నోరువోర్ ఉద్రే హ్రుధ్యదోరాసి,
ముఖే సిరస్య అను పూర్వ ఓంగారదీని విన్యసేత్. 6
ఓం నమో నారాయనేతి విపర్యయ మాధపి వా,
కర న్యాసం తథా కుర్యాద్ ద్వాదసక్షర విద్యయ, 7
ప్రనవధి యకరంద మంగుల్యం అంగుష్ఠ పర్వసు,
న్యాసేడ్ ద్రుదయ ఓంకారం వికార మను మూర్ధని. 8
శకరంతు బ్రోవోర్ మధ్యే నకారం శిఖిం న్యాసేడ్,
వేకరం నేత్రయోర్ యున్జ్యన్నకరం సర్వ సందిషు. 9
మకర మస్త్ర ముదిస్య మంత మూర్తిర్ భవేద్ బుధ,
సర్వ సంగ శాదంతం తత్ సర్వ దిక్షు వినిర్దిషేత్,
ఓం వైష్ణవ నమ ఇతి. 10
ఆత్మానం పరమం దఎఎద్ ధ్యేయం షడ్ శక్తిభిర్ యుధం,
విద్య తేజస్ తపో ముర్తిం ఇమం మంత్ర ముధహరేత్. 11

న్యాష్ణ్గిర్ పద్మ పద్గేంద్ర పృష్టే,
ధరరి చర్మసి గదేషు చాప,
పసన్ దధానో అష్టగునో అష్ట బహు. 12
జలేషు మాం రక్షతు మత్స్య మూర్తిర్,
ఎదో గానేభ్యో వరుణస్య పసాద్,
స్థాలేషు మాయ వటు వామనో అవ్యాల్,
త్రివిక్రమ ఖేవాడు విశ్వరూప. 13
దుర్గేశ్ అతవ్యజి ముఖదిషు ప్రభు,
పయనృసిమ్హో అసుర యూద పరి,
విమున్చాతో యస్య మహాత్తహాసం,
దిశో వినేదుర్ అన్య పతంగాస్చ గర్భ. 14
రాక్షత్వసౌ మాధ్వని యజ్న కల్ప,
స్వడంష్ట్రయోత్ పథ దారో వరాహ,
రామో ఆద్రికూతెశ్వద విప్రవాసే,
స లక్ష్మనోవ్యాద్ భారతగ్రజో మాం. 15
మముగ్ర ధర్మద్ అఖిలత్ ప్రమాదాత్,
నారాయణ పాతు నరస్చ హసత్,
దతస్వ యోగడ్ అధ యోగ నాథ,
పయద్ గునిస కపిల కర్మ బండత్. 16
సనత్ కుమారో ఆవతు కామా దేవత్,
హయననో మాం పది దేవ హేలనాథ్,
దేవర్షి వార్య పురుశార్చ నంతరాత్,
కూర్మో హరిర్ మాం నిరయాద్ అసేశాత్. 17
ధన్వందరిర్ భగవాన్ పాతవి పాదయాత్,
ద్వంద్వాద్ భాయాద్ రుశాభో నిర్జితమ,
యజ్ఞాశ్చ లోక దేవతా జనందత్,
బ్లో గనత్ క్రోధ వసాద్ ఆహీంద్ర. 18
ద్వైపాయనో భగవాన్ అప్రభోద్హాడ్,
బుధస్తూ పాషండ గనత్ ప్రమధాత్,,
కల్కి కలే కల మలత్ ప్రపత్,
ధర్మ వనయోరు క్రుతవతర. 19
మాం కేసవో గదయ ప్రతరవ్యాద్,
గోవింద ఆసంగవ ఆర్త వేణు,
నారాయణ ప్రాహన ఉదాత శక్తిర్,
మధ్యన్దినే విశ్నురరీంద్ర పని. 20
దేవో అపరాహ్నే మధు హగర ధనవ,
సయం త్రిధమవతు మాధవో మాం,
దోషే హరిషి కేస, ఉతార్ధ రథెర్,
నిశీధ ఎకోవతు పద్మనాభ. 21
శ్రీవత్స ధమాపర రాత్ర ఈసా,
ప్రత్యూష ఎ ఎసోసిధారో జనార్ధన,
ధమోధారో అవ్యాద్ అనుసంధ్యం ప్రబతే,
విస్వేస్వరో భగవాన్ కల మూర్తి. 22
చక్రం యుగాంత అనలతిగ్మ నేమి,
భ్రమత్ సమంత్హాడ్ భగవత్ ప్రయుక్తం,
దంధగ్ది దంగ్ధ్యరి సైన్య మాసు,
కక్షం యధా వాత సఖో హుతాస. 23
గదే అసని స్పర్సన విస్ఫులింగే,
నిష్పింది నిష్పింద్యజిత ప్రియాసి,
కూస్మండ వినాయక యక్ష రక్షో,
భూత గ్రహం చూర్నయ చూర్న్యరిన్. 24
త్వం యతు ధన ప్రమాద ప్రేత మాతృ,
పిసాచ విపర గ్రహం గోరా ద్రుష్టీన్,
ధరేంద్ర విధ్రవాయ కృష్ణ పూరితో,
భీమ స్వనో అరెర్ హృదయాని కంభాయన్. 25
త్వం తిగ్మ ధరాసి వారరి సైన్యం,
ఈసా ప్రయుక్త మామ చింది, చింది,
చక్శూమ్షి చర్మాన్ సత చంద్ర చదయ,
ద్విశామఘోనాం హర పాపా చక్షుశం. 26
యన్న భయం గ్రహేభ్యోభూత్ కేతుభ్యో నృభ్య ఎవ చ,
సారీ సృపెభ్యో దంష్ట్రిభ్యో భూతబ్యోహేభ్య ఏవ చ. 27
సర్వంఎతని భగవాన్ నమ రూపస్త్ర కీర్తనాథ్,
ప్రయాన్తు సంక్షయం సద్యో ఏ న శ్రేయ ప్రతీపిక. 28
గరుడో భగవాన్ స్తోత్ర స్తోభ చందో మాయ ప్రభు,
రాక్షత్వ శేష క్రుచ్శ్రేభ్యో విష్వక్సేన స్వ నామభి. 29
సవపద్భ్యో హరేర్ నమ రూపయనాయుదని న.
బుదీన్ద్రియ మన ప్రాణాన్ పంతు పర్షాద భూషణ. 30
యదాహి భగవాన్ ఎవ వస్తుత సద సచయత్,
సత్యే ననెన న సర్వ్ యంతు నసముపద్రవ. 31
యడైకత్మను భవనం వికల్ప రహిత స్వయం,
భూషనుయుధ లింగాఖ్య డతె శక్తి స్వ మయ్య. 32
తేనైవ సత్య మనేన్ సర్వజ్ఞో భగవాన్ హరి,
పాతు సర్వై స్వరూపైర్ణ సద సర్వత్ర సర్వగ. 33
విదిక్షు దిక్శూర్ధ్వమాధ సామంత,
అంతర్ బహిర్ భగవాన్ నరసింహ,
ప్రహ భయం లోక భయం స్వనేన,
స్వతేజస గ్రస్త సమస్త తేజ. 34
మఘవన్ ఇదం ఆఖ్యాతం వర్మ నారాయనత్మకం,
విజేష్య స్యన్జస యేన దంసితో సుర యూధపాన్. 35
ఏతద్ ధరయమనస్తూ యమ యమ పశ్యతి చక్షుష,
పద వా సంస్ప్రుసేత్సధ్య సాద్వాసత్ స విముచ్యతే. 36
న కుతస్చిడ్ భయం తస్య విద్యం ధరయతో భవేద్.,
రాజ దస్యు గ్రహదేభ్యో వ్యగ్రదిభ్యస్చ కర్హిచిత్. 37
ఇమం విద్యం పుర కశ్చిద్ కుశికో ధారయన్ ద్విజ,
యోగాధరనయ స్వ అంగం జహౌ మరుదంవని. 38
తస్యోపరి విమానేన గంధర్వ పతి రేఖద,
యయౌ చిత్ర రాధా స్త్రీభిర్ వ్రుతో యాత్ర ద్విజక్షయ. 39
గగమం అన్య పద సాధ్య సవిమనో హ్యవాక్ సిరా,
స బలఖిల్య వచనాద్ అస్త్హేన్యాధ్య విస్మిత,
ప్రాసయ ప్రాచీ సరస్వత్యం స్నాత్వా ధమ స్వ మంవగాద్. 40

య ఇదం సృనుయత్ కలే యో ధారయతి చద్రుత,
తం నమస్యన్తి భూహని ముచ్యతే సర్వతో భయాత్. 41
ఏతం విధ్యమది గతో విశ్వరూప చాత కృతు,
త్రిలోక్య లక్ష్మీం బుభుజే వినిర్జిత్య మృదే అసురాన్. 42

யாய குப்தா சஹாஸ்ரக்ஷ சவஆகான் ரிபு சைனிகன்,
க்ரீடன்னிவ விநிர்ஜித்ய ற்றிலோக்ய புபுஜே சரியம், 1
பாகவம் சதன் மாமாக்ஹ்யஹி வர்மா நாராயனத்மகம்,
யாத அத்தையின ஷத்ரூன் என குப்தா ஜெயன் மருதே. 2

வறுத்த, புரோஹித த்வஷ்ட்ரோ மகேந்திர யானு ப்ருச்சதே,
நாராயனக்ஹ்யம் வர்மஹா தடிஹைக்க மன ச்ருணு. 3

தௌதங்க்ரி பனிர அச்சமய சபவித்ரா உடங் முக்ஹா,
க்ருதச்வா அங்க கர நிசோ மந்த்ரபியம் வகைத சுசி. 4
நாராயண மாயம் வர்மா சன்னஹஎத் பாய அகத்தே,
திவா போஒதத்மா கர்மேபிய நாராயண மாயா புமான். 5
பட்யோர் ஜானு நோருவோர் உதரே ஹ்ருத்யதோரசி,
முக்ஹி சிரஷ்ய அணு பூர்வ ஒம்கரதீனி வின்யசெத். 6
ஓம் நமோ நாராயநேதி விபரிய மதபி வா,
கர நிசம் தாதா குர்யாத் ட்வடசக்ஷற வித்யாய, 7
ப்ரனவதி யாக்றந்த மன்குல்யம் அங்குஷ்ட பர்வசு,
ந்யசெத் ட்ருடைய ஓம்காரம் விகார மனு மூர்தனி. 8
ஷகறந்து ப்ரோவோர் மத்யே நகரம் ஷிக்ஹயம் ந்யசெத்,
வகரம் நேத்ரயோர் யுன்ஜ்யன்னகரம் சர்வ சந்திஷு. 9
மகர மச்த்ரா முதிச்ய மந்த மூர்திர் பவேத் புத,
சர்வ சங்க ஷடந்தம் தத் சர்வ டிக்ஷு விநிர்டிஷேத்,
ஓம் விஷ்ணவ நாம இதி. 10
அத்தமனம் பரமம் தேஎத் தேயம் ஷாட் ஷக்திபிர் யுத்தம்,
வித்யா தேஜஸ் தபோ மூர்த்திம் இமாம் மந்திர முதஹறேத். 11

ந்யஷ்ன்கிற் பத்மா படகென்ற ப்ருஷ்டே,
தர்றி சார்மாசி கதேஷு சபா,
பசன் டதனோ அஷ்டகுனோ அஷ்ட பஹு. 12
ஜலேஷு மாம் ரக்ஷது மத்ஸ்ய மூர்திர்,
யாதோ கநேபியோ வருனச்ய பாசத்,
ச்தலேஷு மாயா வடு வமனோ அவில்,
திரிவிக்கிரம க்ஹெவடு விஸ்வரூப. 13
துர்கேஷ் அடவ்யாஜி முக்ஹதிஷு பிரபு,
பயன்ருசிம்ஹோ அசுர யூத பரி,
விமுஞ்சதோ யஸ்ய மகாத்டஹசம்,
திசோ விநேதூர் அணிய பதங்கச்ச கர்பா. 14
றக்ஸ்ஹத்வஸௌ மாதவனி யஜன கல்ப,
ச்வடம்ஷ்ற்றயோத் பத தரோ வரஹா,
ராமா ஆத்ரிகூடேஸ்வத விப்ரவசே,
ச லக்ஷ்மநோவ்யத் பாரதக்ராஜோ மாம். 15
மமுக்ரா தர்மத் அக்ஹிலத் பிரமடத்,
நாராயண பாத்து நரச்ச ஹசத்,
டதச்வா யோகத் அதா யோகா நாதா,
பயத் குணேச கபில கர்ம பண்டைத். 16
சனத் குமாரோ ஆவது கம தேவத்,
ஹயநானோ மாம் பதி தேவ ஹெலனத்,
தேவர்ஷி வர்யா புருஷர்ச நந்தரத்,
கூர்மோ ஹரிர் மாம் நிறையத் அசெஷத். 17
தன்வண்டரிர் பகவான் பதவி பத்யத்,
ட்வன்ட்வத் பாயத் ருஷப்ஹோ நிர்ஜிதம,
யஜ்னச்ச லோக தேவதா ஜனந்டத்,
பாலோ கனத்த க்ரோத வசத அஹீன்ற. 18
ட்வைபயனோ பகவான் அப்ரப்ஹோட்ஹாத்,
புதச்து பாஷண்ட கனத்த பரமதத்,,
கல்கி களே கல மாலத ப்ரபத்,
தர்ம வணயொரு க்ருதவதர. 19
மாம் கேசவோ கதைய பிரதரவ்யாத்,
கோவிந்தா ஆசன்கவா ஆர்த்த வேணு,
நாராயண பிரகன உடைத்த ஷக்திர்,
மத்யந்தினே விஷ்ணுரரீன்ற பனி. 20
தேவோ அபரகுனே மது ஹோக்ரா தணவா,
சாயம் த்ரிதமாவது மத்வாவ் மாம்,
டோஷே ஹ்ரிஷி கேச, உதறத ரதர்,
நிசீத எகொவது பத்மநாபா. 21
ஸ்ரீவத்ச தமாபர இதர ஈச,
பிரத்யூஷா ஈசொசிதரோ ஜனார்தன,
தமொதரோ அவ்யாத் அனுசந்த்யம் பிரபதே,
விச்வேஸ்வரோ பகவான் கல மூர்த்தி. 22
சக்ரம் யுகந்த அனலதிக்மா நேமி,
பிரமத் சமன்த்ஹாத் பகவத் பிரயுக்தம்,
டந்தக்தி டங்க்த்யரி சைனா மாசு,
கக்ஷம் யாத வாத சக்ஹோ ஹுதாச. 23
கதே அசனி ச்பர்சன விஸ்ப்ஹுலிந்கெ,
நிஷ்பிண்டி நிஷ்பின்டைஜித ப்ரியசி,
கூச்மண்ட வினையாக யக்ஷ ரக்ஷோ,
பூத கிரகாம் சூரனைய சூர்ந்யரின். 24
தவம் யது தன பிரமாத பிரேத மாத்ரு,
பிச்ச விபர கிரகாம் கோர ட்ருஷ்டீன்,
தரென்ற வித்ரவய கிருஷ்ணா பூரித்தோ,
பீமா ச்வனோ அரேர் ஹ்ருதயணி கம்பாயன். 25
தவம் திகம தரசி வற்றி சைன்யம்,
ஈச ப்ரயுக்த மாமா சிந்தி, சிந்தி,
சக்ஷூம்ஷி சேர்மன் சதா சந்திர சதய,
ட்விஷமக்ஹோனாம் ஹர பாபா சக்ஷுஷம். 26
யன்ன பயம் க்ரஹெப்ஹ்யொப்ஹோத் கேதுபியோ நருபிய எவ ச,
சரி ஸ்ருபெபியோ தம்ஷ்ற்றிபியோ போஒதப்யோஹெபிய ஏவ ச. 27
சர்வனஎதனி பகவன் நாம ரூபச்த்ரா கீர்த்தனத்,
பிரானது சம்க்ஷயம் சத்யோ எ ந ஷ்ரேயா ப்ரதீபிக. 28
கருடோ பகவான் ஸ்தோத்ர ச்தொபா சந்தோ மாயா பிரபு,
ரக்ஷத்வா சேஷ க்ருச்ஸ்ரேபியோ விஸ்வக்சேன சுவா நமபிய். 29
சவபட்பியோ ஹரேர் நாம ரூபயனாயுதனி ந.
புதீன்றிய மன பிராணன் பாந்து பர்ஷத போஒஷன. 30
யதஹி பகவான் எவ வஸ்துத சட சச்சயத்,
சத்தே நன்ன ந சர்வே யானது நசமுபட்ரவா. 31
யடைகத்மனு பாவனம் விகல்ப ரஹித ஸ்வயம்,
போஒஷனுயுத லிங்கக்ஹ்ய ததே ஷக்தி சுவா மையாய. 32
தேனிவ சத்யா மனேன் சர்வஜ்னோ பகவான் ஹரி,
பாத்து சர்வை ச்வரூபைர்ண சட சர்வத்ர சர்வக. 33
விடிக்ஷு டிக்ஷூர்த்வமத சமந்த,
அந்தர் பாகிர் பகவான் நரசிம்ஹா,
ப்ரஹா பயம் லோக பயம் ச்வநென,
ச்வதேஜச க்ராச்த சமஸ்த தேச. 34
மகவன் இதம் ஆக்ஹ்யதம் வர்மா ந அரயனத்மகம்,
விஜெஷ்ய ச்யஞ்சச என டம்சிதோ சுறா யூதபன். 35
எதைத் தரயமனச்து யாம் யாம் பச்யதி சக்ஷுஷ,
பட வா சம்ச்ப்ருசெத்சத்யா சாத்வாசத் ச விமுச்யதே. 36
ந குதச்சிட் பயம் தஸ்ய விதயம் தரயதோ பவேத்.,
ராஜா தஸ்யு க்ரகுஅதேபியோ வ்யக்ராதிபியச்ச்ச கர்ஹிசித். 37
இமாம் விதயம் புற கச்சித் குஷிகோ தரையன் தவிச,
யோகதரனைய சுவா அங்கம் ஜகா மருதன்வனி. 38
தச்யோபறி விமநென கந்தர்வா பத்தி ரேக்ஹத,
அயௌ சித்ரா ராதா ச்த்ரீபிர் வருதோ யாத்ரா ட்விஜக்ஷய. 39
ககமம் அணிய பட சத்யா சவிமனோ ஹ்யவக் சிற,
ச பாலக்ஹில்ய வசனத் அச்த்ஹென்யத்யா விச்மித,
பிரஷ்ய பிரசி சரஸ்வத்யம் ச்னத்வா தம சுவா மன்வகத். 40

யா இதம் ஸ்ருனுயத் களே யோ தரையதி சத்ருத்த,

Yaya guptha sahasraksha savaahaan ripu sainikan,
Kreedanniva vinirjithya trilokya bhubhuje sriyam, 1
Bhagawam sthan mamakhyahi varma narayanathmakam,
Yadha athathayina shathroon yena guptho jayan mrudhe. 2

Vrutha, purohitha thwashtro mahendra yanu pruchathe,
Narayanakhyam varmaha thadihaika mana srunu. 3
Viswaroopa Uvacha:
Dhouthangri panir achamya sapavithra udang mukha,
Kruthaswa anga kara nyaso manthrabhyam vagyatha suchi. 4
Narayana mayam varma sannahyedh bhaya agathe,
Daiva bhoothathma karmebhya narayana maya puman. 5
Padyor janu noruvor udhare hrudhyadhorasi,
Mukhe sirasya anu poorva omgaradheeni vinyaseth. 6
Om namo narayanethi viparyaya madhapi vaa,
Kara nyasam Thatha kuryad dwadasakshara vidhyaya, 7
Pranavadhi yakarandha mangulyam angushta parvasu,
Nyased drudaya omkaram vikara manu moordhani. 8
Shakaranthu brovor madhye nakaram shikhayam nyased,
Vekaram nethrayor yunjyannakaram sarva sandhishu. 9
Makara masthra mudhisya mantha moorthir bhaved budha,
Sarva sanga shadantham thath sarva dikshu vinirdisheth,

Chakshoomshi charman satha chandra chadhaya,

Yanna bhayam grahebhyobhooth kethubhyo nrubhya eva cha,
Saree srupebhyo dhamshtribhyo bhoothabyohebhya yeva cha. 27
Sarvanyethani bhagavan nama roopasthra keerthanath,
Prayanthu samkshayam sadhyo ye na sreya pratheepika. 28
Garudo Bhagawan sthothra sthobha chandho maya Prabhu,
Rakshathwa sesha kruchsrebhyo vishwaksena swa namabhi. 29
Savapadbhyo harer nama roopayanaayudhani na.
Budheendriya mana praanan paanthu parshadha bhooshana. 30
Yadhahi bhagwan eva vasthutha sad sachayath,
Sathye nanena na sarve yanthu nasamupadrawa. 31
Yadaikathmanu bhavanam vikalpa rahitha swayam,
Bhooshanuyudha lingakhya dathe shakthi swa mayaya. 32
Thenaiva sathya manen sarvajno Bhagwan Hari,
Pathu sarvai swaroopairna sada sarvathra sarvaga. 33
Vidikshu dikshoordhwamadha Samantha,
Anthar bahir bhagwan narasimha,
Praha bhayam loka bhayam swanena,
Swathejasa grastha samastha theja. 34
Maghavan idham aakhyatham varma narayanathmakam,
Vijeshya syanjasa yena damsitho sura yoodhapan. 35
Yethad dharayamanasthu yam yam pasyathi chakshusha,
Pada vaa samsprusethsadhya saadvasath sa vimuchyathe. 36
Na kuthaschid bhayam thasya vidhyam dharayatho bhaved.,
Raja dasyu grahadhebhyo vyagradhibhyascha karhichith. 37
Imam vidhyam pura kaschid kaushiko dharayan dwija,
Yogadharanaya swa angam jahow marudhanwani. 38
Thasyopari vimanena gandharwa pathi rekhadha,
Yayou chithra radha sthreebhir vrutho yathra dwijakshaya. 39
Gagamam anya pada sadhya savimano hyavak sira,
Sa balakhilya vachanad asthhenyadhya vismitha,
Prasya prachee saraswathyam snathwa dhama swa manwagadh. 40
Sri Shuka Uvacha:
Ya idham srunuyath kale yo dharayathi chadhrutha,
Tham namasyanthi bhoohani muchyathe sarvatho bhayath. 41
Yetham vidhyamadhi gatho viswaroopa chatha kruthu,
Trilokya lakshmeem bubhuje vinirjithya mrude asuran. 42

The king said:
Oh God please share with me that armour of Narayana,
By which the thousand eyed Indra was able to drive away,
The well armed soldiers of his enemy as if it is a play,
And gain control of the three worlds and wealth,
And also was safe in the battle field and became victorious.
Sri Shuka said:
Viswaroopa the son of Thwashtra, when he was made,
The priest Of Indra taught him this armour of Narayana,
And I will teach you that and please listen to it with concentration.
When fear approaches you, after washing your feet and hand,
Do internal purification by achamana, wear the holy ring made of Durba,
Face the north, sit on a seat of Durba grass and do the hand symbols,
And do holy chants and attain cleanliness of speech.
You should then become silent, become engrossed in Narayana,
And do suitable actions to tie yourself with the armour of Narayana,
And using the eight letters starting with OM, touch the feet,
Knees, thighs, belly heart chest, face and head,
Then after touching the eight parts of the body,
The feet, Knees, thighs, belly heart chest, face and head,
Chanting the eight letter Manthra Om Namo Narayanaya
Either in an ascending or descending order,
You have to perform the knowledge of the twelve letters,
Tell Sha and touch the middle of the eye brows,
Tell Na and touch the top of the hair on your head
Tell Ve and touch both your eyes,
Tell Na and touch all your joints,
Facing all directions and say Ma Asthraya Phat,
This would make even the dim witted in to a wise one,
And thus you tie all the six directions as directed,
And chant Om salutations to Lord Vishnu
Afterwards meditate on Athma supported by the six strengths,
Of Wealth, charity, fame, goddess of wealth, wisdom and renunciation,
And chant the following which has the form of knowledge, power and meditation.
Narayana Kavacham
May all the protection to me be given by Hari,
Who keeps his lotus feet on the back of the bird,
Who is armed with conch, wheel, sword, mace,
Bow and a rope and who has eight qualities and eight hands.
Let me be protected in the water by Fish incarnation,
From the animals of the sea and rope of Varuna,
Let me be protected in the Land by Vamana, the illusory boy,
And in the sky Trivikrama and viswaroopa forms.
In forts, forests, dangerous places and in war,
Let me be protected by Lord Narasimha,
Who by his mighty roar shook all directions,
Broke open the army formation of Asura,
And caused pregnant asura women to abort.
Let me be protected on my way by Lord Varaha,
Who is Yagna personified and who by his protruding teeth,
Lifted and carried the earth to safety,
Let me be protected on mountain top by Lord Parasurama
Let me be protected when I am abroad By lord Rama,
Who is elder brother of Bharatha and Lakshmana.
Let me be protected by Lord Narayana,
When I am transgressing Dharma or committing mistakes,
Let me be protected from my pride by Sage Nara,
Let me protected by Sage Dathathreya,
For not engaging in Yoga, meditation and other activities
And let sage Kapila protect me from the bondage of Karma.
Let sage Sanath Kumara protect me from the cupid,
Let Lord Hayagreeva protect me while I am on travel,
As well as when I do action that insults the Devas,
Let Sage Narada protect me from sins of non worship of devas,
And let Hari who took the form of a tortoise,
Protect me from different types of hell.
Let Lord Dhanwanthari protect me from unsuitable food,
Let Rishabha, the renounced soul protect me.
From fear of the contradictory dualities,
Let Sage Yajna protect me from gossip of society,
Let Lord Balarama protect me from problems created by men,
And let Adhi sesha protect me from my anger.
Let Sage Vyasa protect me from lack of awakening,
Let sage Budha protect me from hypocrisy and ignorance,
Let Lord Kalki, who would be born to salvage Dharma,
Protect me from the evil effects and thoughts of Kali age.
May I be protected in the morn by Kesava with his mace,
May I be protected two hours later By Govinda by his flute,
Two more hours later let Lord Narayana protect by his strength,
And at noon let Lord Vishnu protect me his holy wheel.
After noon let me protected by Madhu with his great bow,
In the evening Let Madhwa in the form of trinity protect me,
Between dawn and midnight let Lord Hrishi kesa protect me,
And at midnight let Lord Padmanabha alone protect me.
Let me protected by remaining part of the night,
By the Lord in whom Srivathsa lives,
Let me be protected just before dawn,
By Lord Janardhana who holds the sword,
Let me be protected at sun rise,
By Lord Damodara and just before morn,
Let Lord Visweshwara give me protection.
Oh holy Wheel,your edges are like the raging fire of deluge,
You are sent by the God and rotate and travel everywhere,
And so like the fire with the help of wind,
Burns in to ashes the dried up wood of a forest,
Speedily and speedily burn and burn all my enemies.
Oh mace, the spark raising touches of yours,
Are unbearable like the touch of Vajra,
And you are dear to the invincible lord and his servant,
And so please powder and powder again,
Evil spirits, Yakshas, Rakshasas and all my enemies.
Oh Conch, when lord Krishna blows in you,
You create a huge and loud sound and confuse my enemies,
And drive away ghouls, devils, ghosts, Pramadhas,
Brahma Rakshas and other fearful beings.
Oh holy sword, Be sent by the Lord himself,
And cut and cut my enemy army in to pieces,
Oh shield of the lord,shining like hundred moons,
Please make my enemies with full of sins look blind.
The fear that we have due to planets, comets, Kethu and kings,
The fear that we had from teethed serpents, ghosts and from sin,
And the fear that prevent our well being may all be destroyed,
Oh God, by the praise of your names and weapons.
The Garuda, who is being praised by great musical stotras of Vedas,
Who is a god and the lord of the world, may protect me from all troubles,
By singing of his names as well as that of the Lord Vishwak sena.
Let the names and forms of Vishnu, his steed,
His weapons, and important assistants may protect,
My mind, senses and soul, from all the dangers and sins.
The truth that God is all beings and things,
May destroy all the troubles that we face.
Those great savants who think, that God does not have any forms,
And his weapons and ornaments are only symbols without power,
And due to this truth, the God Hari is everywhere,
And let him protect me always and everywhere..
Let the Lord Narasimha who due to his power,
Destroyed elephants, serpents and other beings
And saved Prahladha, and removed the fear of the world,,
Protect me in all directions and non directions,
Top and below, inside and outside and in all places.
Oh Indra, thus I have told you, the great armour of Narayana,
And using this you protect yourselves and easily,
Defeat the commanders of the army of Rakshasas.
If he who wears his armour sees any one by his eyes,
Or even touches him by his feet, that man,
Would be able to get rid of all his fears.
He who wears this armour will never have any fear,
From king, enemies, planets and animals like the tiger.
Long time ago, this knowledge was worn by a Brahmin,
From Koushika Gothra and he gave up his life in a desert
A gandharwa called Chithra radha was travelling in a plane.
Along with his ladies, where the Brahmins body was lying.
At that spot his plane stopped and he fell there along with his ladies,
And he was perplexed and was advised by the sages called Balakhilya,
And obeying their advice, took the bones of the Brahmin,
And put it in the river Saraswathi, took bath and went back to his home.
Sri Shuka said:
He who wears or hears this armour of Narayana,
Would be saluted by all beings and he would get rid of all fears.
Learning this knowledge from Viswaroopa, Indra,
Won in the battle over all asuras and
Got the blessings of wealth of the three worlds.
