Vettikkavala Mahadeva Temple 7 kms from Kottarakkara via chengamanad. from sadanandapuram 4 kms. the upper temple – Sivan, lower temple Mahavishnu. Kumbham Thiruvathira Aarattu in both temples. On navarathri days there is excellent musical concert in the upper temple.
