प्रधमं थु महा ज्वलो, द्विथीयम् थु उग्र केसरी,
थ्रिथीयं वज्र दंष्ट्रो, चथुर्थोथु विसराध. 1
पञ्चमं नरसिम्हस्च, साष्ट कस्याप मर्धन,
सप्थामो यथु हन्थ च, अष्टमो देव वल्लभो. 2
नव प्रहलाध वर्धो, दसमो अनन्थ हस्थाक,
एकदसो महा रुद्रो, ड्वदसो थारुनस्त्धा. 3
ड्वदसनि नामानि नृसिंहस्य महत्ह्मन,
मन्थर राज इथि ज्नथं, सर्व पाप विनासनं, 4
क्षय अपस्मार कुष्टधि, थापा ज्वर निवारणं,
राज द्वरे, महा गोरे संग्रामे च जालन्धरे 5
गिरि गहर आरण्ये व्यग्र चोर मया दिश,
रणेच मरणे चैव समथं परमं शुभं. 6
स्थं आवर्थयेतः यस्थु मुच्यथे व्याधि भन्दणतः,
आवर्थयन्थ सहस्रं थु लभाथे वन्चिथं फलं. 7

ప్రధమం తు మహా జ్వలో, ద్వితీయం తు ఉగ్ర కేసరి,
త్రితీయం వజ్ర దంష్ట్రో, చతుర్తోతు విశారద. 1
పంచమం నరసింహస్చ, సాష్ట కశ్యప మర్దన,
సప్తమో యతు హంత చ, అష్టమో దేవ వల్లభో. 2
నవ ప్రహలద వరదో, దసమో అనంత హస్తక,
ఎకదసో మహా రుద్రో, ద్వాదశో తరునస్తాధ. 3
ద్వాదసాని నామని నృసిమ్హస్య మహాత్మనా,
మంత్ర రాజ ఇతి జ్ఞాతం, సర్వ పాపా వినసనం, 4
క్షయ అపస్మర కుష్టది, తప జ్వర నివారణం,
రాజ ద్వారే, మహా గోరే సంగ్రామే చ జలన్ధారే 5
గిరి గహర ఆరంయే వయాగ్రా చొర మాయ డిష్,
రానిచ మారనే చైవ సమతం పరమం శుభం. 6
శాతం ఆవర్తఎత్ యస్తు ముచ్యతే వ్యాధి భందనాథ్,
ఆవర్తయంత సహస్రం తు లభతే వాంచితం ఫలం. 7

ப்ரதமம் து மகா சவாலோ, ட்விதீயம் து உகர கேசரி,
த்ரிதீயம் வஜ்ரா டம்ஷ்ட்ரோ, சதுர்தொது விசாரத. 1
பஞ்சமம் நரசிம்ஹச்ச்ச, சஷ்ட கஸ்யப மரதன,
சப்தமோ யது ஹந்த ச, அஷ்டமா தேவ வல்லப்ஹோ. 2
நவ ப்ரகுஅலதா வராதோ, தசமோ அனந்த ஹச்தக,
ஏகடசோ மஹா ருத்ரோ, ட்வடசோ தருனச்தத. 3
ட்வடசனி நமனை நருசிம்ஹச்ய மகாத்மான,
மந்திர ராஜா இதி சந்தம், சர்வ பாபா விநாசனம், 4
க்ஷய அபஸ்மார குஷ்டது, தப ஜவர நிவாரணம்,
ராஜா தவறே, மஹா கோரே சங்க்ரமே ச ஜலன்தரே 5
கிரி கஹர ஆரண்யே வயக்ரா சோர மாயா டிஷ்,
ரானேச்ச மரனே சைவ சமதம் பரமம் சுபம். 6
சதம் ஆவர்தஎத் யஸ்து முச்யதே விதி பாண்டனத்,
ஆவர்தயந்த சஹாச்ரம் து லபதே வந்சிதம் ப்ஹலம். 7

Pradhamam thu Mahaa jwalo, dwitheeyam thu ugra kesari,
Thritheeyam Vajra damshtro, Chathurthothu Visaradha. 1
Panchamam Narasimhascha, Sashta Kasyapa mardhana,
Sapthamo yathu hantha cha, ashtamo Deva vallabho. 2
Nava Prahaladha Varadho, dasamo Anantha hasthaka,
Ekadaso Maha Rudro, Dwadaso Tharunasthadha. 3
Dwadasani namani Nrusimhasya Mahathmana,
Manthra raja ithi jnatham, Sarva papa vinasanam, 4
Kshaya apasmara kushtadhi, thapa jwara nivaranam,
Raja dware, Maha Gore sangrame cha Jalandhare 5
Giri gahara aaranye Vyagra chora maya dish,
Ranecha marane chaiva samatham paramam Shubham. 6
Satham aavarthayeth yasthu muchyathe Vyadhi bhandanath,
Aavarthayantha sahasram thu labhathe Vanchitham phalam. 7

Firstly great flame, secondly the angry lion,
Thirdly one with diamond like teeth,
Fourthly the great expert. 1
Fifthly the Man-lion, Sixthly the killer of Kasyapa�s son,
Seventhly Killer of Asuras and eighthly the Lord of devas. 2
Ninthly The one who blessed Prahlada, tenthly the one with endless hands,Eleventh the great God who is angry and twelfth the one helps at right time. 3
These twelve names of the great God Narasimha,
Is called the king of chants and destroys all sins. 4
This cures Tuberculosis, epilepsy, leprosy and Typhoid,
And is helpful in gate of the king, I horrible wars and inside water. 5
It helps in mountains and forests populate by tigers and robbers,
And in war and death it helps to get out safely and later attain salvation. 6
Repeating hundred times would help you get out of diseases and imprisonment,
And repeating it one thousand times would help you get what you want. 7
